Siemens Mobility is seeking a Deputy Project Manager to oversee complex mobility projects. You will partner with the Project Manager to ensure continuity, governance, and delivery across offshore and onshore teams, aligning time, budget and quality goals.

The role requires strong project management experience in engineering or infrastructure, solid financial skills, and excellent stakeholder management. A hybrid work model is offered to balance office and remote collaboration.

As a Deputy Project Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to the Project Manager, ensuring seamless project continuity and governance. You will drive the delivery of complex mobility applications, coordinating offshore and onshore activities to successfully meet our time, budget, and quality goals.

You’ll make a difference by

• Driving the successful delivery of offshore engineering activities, ensuring perfect alignment with project timelines and technical standards.
• Managing project financials and budgets, owning the accuracy of forecasts and closely monitoring key performance indicators.
• Leading and coordinating change orders and new scope requests to ensure transparent and effective project evolution.
• Bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, actively managing interfaces across internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
• Identifying opportunities and mitigating risks proactively to continuously improve project results and ensure seamless execution.
• Overseeing critical developments like BIM and R&D functionalities, ensuring successful integration and customer satisfaction during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).

Your success is grounded in

A solid background in project management, ideally within complex engineering, railway, or infrastructure environments.

Strong financial acumen to effectively manage budgets, forecasts, and project costs.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and external partners.

A proactive mindset with the autonomy to make operational decisions and solve problems effectively.

A keen eye for quality and detail, especially when coordinating technical interfaces, documentation, and system integration.

You’ll thrive even more if you also bring

Experience with BIM development, R&D processes, or Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).

Familiarity with agile methodologies or advanced project management tools.
