Descripción del empleo

Assist the Project Manager in managing various project activities, including supporting interfaces with contractors, manufacturers, and customers, aiding in coordination, risk management, cost control, and reporting.

Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are executed in line with time, quality, and cost expectations.

Help build and maintain sustainable relationships with industry stakeholders, fostering trust and mutual respect.

Contribute to interactions with production areas, focusing on progress reporting to clients.

Support the organization of human and technical resources to maintain and ensure data accuracy in information systems related to order intake, sales forecasting, reception, and delivery dates.

Handle customs clearance and manage export licenses.

Participate in customer meetings as required.

Share responsibility for reporting and communication with customers, acting as a point of contact in the absence of the Project Manager.
