Your Main Tasks Will Be

1. Developing product strategies, setting short-term and long-term goals, and evaluating market trends;
2. Managing financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and assessing financial effectiveness;
3. Organizing product development processes, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence;
4. Developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and adjusting approaches;
5. Leading and developing the team, including hiring, training, motivating, and performance evaluation.

We Expect From You

• 5+ years of C-level management experience in non-startup products;
• Deep understanding of business planning, budgeting, product strategy creation, and process optimization;
• Strong leadership qualities, proactive approach, and ownership of outcomes;
• Knowledge of modern digital product development principles;
• Strong analytical skills, experience with SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Metabase;
• Ability to set measurable objectives within a strategic framework;
• Proven success in achieving results within organizational structures;
• Fluency in Russian is required.
