A TAG HEUER DEPUTY BOUTIQUE MANAGER IS...

  • A PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN SALES EXPERT

Plays an active role in the boutique, increasing sales, contributing to the overall turnover, and helping the team achieve the global objectives. Analyzes retail KPIs, identifies growth opportunities, implements comprehensive action plans, and ensures follow-up and feedback sharing.

Remains updated on the watch industry and local market competition, leveraging market insights to anticipate business needs. Takes full responsibility for the boutique’s performance in the absence of the Boutique Manager.

  • A TEAM LEADER

Maintains team motivation and cohesion to meet boutique goals. Acts as a liaison between the team and management, supporting and coaching team members on the floor, providing feedback, and fostering their development. Promotes a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with group values. Contributes to onboarding new staff. Acts as Team Leader when the Boutique Manager is unavailable.

  • A TAG HEUER AMBASSADOR

Delivers exceptional service to all visitors, training and developing the team around client experience excellence. Embodies the brand DNA as a passionate ambassador, representing Tag Heuer at events. Defines grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising standards in line with luxury branding guidelines.

  • A CLIENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Leads the team in building long-term client relationships. Implements clienteling plans, including outreach and appointments, and ensures high-quality data collection to personalize client interactions. Participates in brand-aligned events to grow the client base.

  • AN OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE SUPERVISOR

Oversees boutique operations, including inventory, cash handling, security, and store opening/closing procedures, with full autonomy. Ensures compliance with internal policies, manages store expenses, and proactively seeks process improvements.
