A TAG HEUER DEPUTY BOUTIQUE MANAGER IS...
Plays an active role in the boutique, increasing sales, contributing individually to the turnover, and helping the team achieve the global objectives. Analyzes retail KPIs, identifies growth opportunities, implements comprehensive action plans, and ensures follow-up and feedback sharing.
Stays informed on the watch industry and local market competition, leveraging business opportunities accordingly. Takes full responsibility for the boutique’s performance in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
Motivates and unites the team to reach boutique goals.
Serves as a key contact for both team members and management, acting as an interface when needed.
Maintains a strong presence on the shop floor to support and coach team members, providing feedback and development opportunities.
Fosters a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment aligned with group values.
Supports onboarding of new staff.
Acts as Team Leader in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
Ensures exceptional service for all visitors, trains and develops teams around client experience excellence.
Embodies the Tag Heuer brand DNA and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador both inside and outside the boutique, especially at events.
Defines grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising standards in line with luxury branding and guidelines.
Leads the team in developing long-term client relationships.
Implements clienteling strategies including outreach, appointments, and sales follow-up.
Maintains high-quality client data and uses it to personalize engagement, maximizing business opportunities.
Participates in brand-aligned events.
Manages boutique operations, including inventory, cash handling, security, and opening/closing procedures, with autonomy.
Ensures compliance with internal controls.
Supervises store expenses and maintenance, proactively seeking process improvements.
