Indie Campers is seeking a City Lead to manage a busy city depot with hands-on leadership (60–70%) and clear managerial and financial ownership. You will oversee rental and servicing, lead the local team, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining exceptional customer focus.

The role requires 3–5 years in fast-paced operations, strong hands-on capability, and fluency in English; Spanish is a bonus. Expect opportunities to advance into broader Field Operations and offices in Lisbon, Mexico City

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Strong hands-on operational capability with the ability to step into daily depot workflows.
• Excellent English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end performance of the city depot across Rental and Servicing.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the local operational team, including shift and task planning and performance feedback.
• Be a culture setter and a leader by example; drive continuous improvement.
• Track daily KPIs and ensure SOPs are executed.
• Monitor and improve vehicle availability, stepping in to handle repairs when needed.
• Own depot cost performance, including consumables and cost control practices.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of RVs for sales appointments.
