Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics or Last Mile.
• Ability to work autonomously and in dynamic environments.
• Minimum English communication skills; French, Polish, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.

Everything you are looking for and more! As Depot Administrative, you will be in charge of supervising, validating, and creating the strategy for our Last Mile routes in Madrid. You must be an extremely analytical person, with previous experience in logistics and Last Mile, and knowledge of Community of Madrid geography. In addition, we will need you to have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as being a great problem solver.

Responsibilities and Objectives:

• Live tracking of Madrid Last Mile routes
• Improve route management software
• Conduct periodic analytical reviews for transport optimization
• Promote sustainable mobility to reduce the carbon footprint
• Prepare and monitor daily cost and effectiveness reports
• Check Last Mile routes daily for cost validations
• Handle financial monthly closings and supplier reconciliations
• Participate actively in partner negotiations
• Compare various sources to ensure verifications
• Manage claims via email and phone

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Degree (valuable but not necessary)
• Highly analytical with high concentration capacity
• Extensive knowledge of the logistics sector, especially Last Mile
• Proactive and able to work autonomously
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and reach ambitious goals
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with Live Last Mile or transportation software
• Minimum communication skills in English; knowledge of French, Polish, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus
