Formación

  • 3+ years of project/program management experience, especially in large/international projects.

We are looking for our Deployment Specialist who will work with the Deployment Manager & Regional DM in Spain and with Regional DM in LatAm on the local business implementation of deal renewal and new business, coordinating all relevant functions to ensure new business launches and evolutions.

  • Drives implementation of some deals in Spain and LatAm, with supervision and support from Deployment Manager or Regional DM
  • Responsible for the successful (on-time and accurate) deployment of the business
  • Provides support to Sales teams in Spain for pre-sales activities

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in the process design for the implementation of all operational processes and complete necessary tasks to secure the launch and ramp-up of the operations
  • Identify and develop the required knowledge specific to the country on Regulations, Tax, Legal Entities, Processes & Controls to support a successful deployment
  • Verify that key functional requirements and new business launch documentation are completed correctly, accurately, and achieve sign-off from all functions
  • Liaise with Product Configuration team on setup and amendment of schemes directly onto the operating system, ensuring product/service specifications are fully and correctly defined and tested before delivery to the client
  • Liaise with IT to ensure accurate and timely completion of IT requests for product development and enhancements
  • Monitor KPIs such as Time to Market, Cost of Operation, Quality of Service, Client & Customer satisfaction levels
  • Participate with clients, in-house, and external teams to ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements for the Operating Model are met and signed off
  • Review all documents and obtain sign-off from clients and internal functions
  • Participate in client meetings when requested

Your Profile

Education - Experience, Technical/Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of project/program management experience, especially in managing large/international projects (experience in insurance/healthcare sectors is a plus)
  • Experience leading or influencing cross-functional business activities
  • Experience in project development including process mapping, documentation, risk assessment
  • Digital and IT skills, knowledge of secure file transfer channels is an asset
  • Language: Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Customer focus / Sales experience
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
