Education, Experience, Technical/Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering

Minimum 3 years of project/program management experience, preferably with managing large or international projects.

Experience leading or influencing cross-functional business activities.

Experience in developing projects within the insurance or healthcare sectors, with an understanding of sector-specific innovations.

Skills in process mapping, documentation, risk assessment, etc.

Digital and IT skills, knowledge of secure file transfer channels are advantageous.

Language : Advanced English and fluent Spanish are mandatory.

Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

We are seeking a Deployment Specialist to work with the Deployment Manager & Regional DM in Spain and LatAm, focusing on local business implementation, deal renewal, and new business coordination.

• Drive the implementation of deals in Spain and LatAm under supervision.
• Ensure the successful, on-time, and accurate deployment of new business.
• Support Sales teams in presales activities in Spain.

Key responsibilities include:

• Participate in designing operational processes for new implementations.
• Develop country-specific knowledge on regulations, tax, legal entities, processes, and controls.
• Verify completion and sign-off of key requirements and documentation.
• Coordinate with Product Configuration on setup and testing of schemes.
• Work with IT on product development and enhancements.
• Monitor KPIs such as Time to Market, Cost, Quality, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and obtain necessary sign-offs.
• Participate in client meetings as needed.
