Having experienced strong growth in recent years, we aim to continue building a dynamic team to lead Doña Tomasa into new future challenges. We are in a continuous expansion process, and we are looking for someone like you:

Job Objective:

The store assistant is responsible for welcoming, attending, and selling products directly to customers in the store or establishment, matching their demands with our offerings.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Customer service and sales.
2. Stock control, ensuring product entry, replenishment, and placement.
3. Maintain visual merchandising and window display standards.
4. Cash management: collections, exchanges, balancing, etc.
5. Handle returns and incidents.

Key Competencies:

• Excellent customer service skills, proactive attitude, and empathy.
• High sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Organized, planned, able to prioritize, and capable of teamwork.

Requirements:

• Age: 23-50 years.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Full-time schedule from Monday to Sunday with established rest days.
