Formación

• 1-2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar servicio de alimentos a los jugadores en el campo de golf.
• Colaborar con el equipo de Caddie Master y Pro-Shop para atender demandas.

The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort & Spa, situated in Marbella, seeks a Golf Pro-shop Attendant / Buggy Bar Coordinator:

Responsibilities:

1. Provide food service to players using an adapted vehicle that moves around the golf course.
2. Be part of the golf course control team along with the Caddie Master team.
3. Ensure the safety of players while they circulate on the course.
4. Actively collaborate with Caddie Master and Pro-Shop colleagues to meet any demands from players or report any incidents or circumstances of the game.
5. Have the appropriate internal training and necessary qualifications to substitute customer service personnel in Pro-Shop or the Caddie Master when needed.
6. Provide directions to golfers to reach golf-related areas.
7. Assist golfers with carts and equipment.
8. Store, clean, label, and organize guests' clubs in the bag storage room if necessary.
9. Clean, detail, and restock the cart bar after each use.
10. Document any damage or deficiencies of the golf cart for mechanic review.
11. Keep golf-related areas clean.
12. Maintain communication lines with the golf shop to ensure operational efficiency of the course and customer satisfaction.
13. Ensure the safety of the buggy bar.
14. Notify the manager/supervisor of any important matters as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
2. Intermediate/Superior Vocational Training.
3. Other languages will be valued.

Contract Type: Fixed-discontinuous contract, full-time.
