Job Responsibilities:

• Greet, guide, and attend to customers entering the establishment. Respond to questions and complaints.
• Arrange the sales point, prepare product shelves, optimize spaces, and seek product complementarity.
• Handle product placement and restocking in the warehouse, maintaining order and cleanliness.
• Check the condition of products upon receipt, verify delivery notes, and report issues.
• Process payments via POS terminals or manual methods.
• Manage store administration related to cash closing, ensuring accuracy and sufficient change.
• Implement customer loyalty actions and promote membership to the Tramuntana club and app usage.
• Update price tags, security devices, and package goods if necessary.
• Open and/or close the store as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges.
• Keep the establishment clean and organized.
• Procure change, rolls for the cash register, bags, and other items.

Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and French.
• At least 1 year of experience in the tobacconist sector.
• Basic skills: teamwork, good customer service, organizational skills, agility, and versatility.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
