Formación

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en el sector de tiendas de tabaco.
• Fluidez en catalán, español y francés.
• Licencia de conducir y vehículo propio.

Job Responsibilities :

• Greet, direct, and assist customers entering the establishment, respond to inquiries and complaints
• Arrange the sales point, prepare shelves, optimize space, and ensure product complementarity
• Stock and restock products following set criteria and procedures; maintain order and cleanliness in different zones
• Check the condition and characteristics of incoming goods, verify delivery notes, and report any issues to the supervisor
• Process payments using terminals or manual methods
• Handle administrative tasks related to cash closing, count cash to ensure accuracy and sufficient change
• Implement loyalty actions as directed, promote club Tramuntana membership and app usage
• Update price tags, security devices, and pack goods if necessary
• Open and / or close the store as needed
• Manage returns and exchanges
• Keep the establishment clean and organized
• Provision change drawers, paper rolls, bags, and other supplies

Candidate Profile :

• Minimum education : ESO
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and French
• At least 1 year of experience in the tobacco shop sector
• Basic skills : team interaction, good customer service, organizational skills, agility, and versatility
• Driver’s license and own vehicle
• Seniority level : Entry level
