Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in Viladecans, Spain, is seeking a senior Demand Planning Lead to own end-to-end forecast processes and drive data-driven decisions using Kinaxis and SAP4HANA. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to balance service levels with working capital.

You will coach a team of 4 Demand and Response Planners in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, ensuring accurate short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts and continuous improvement in forecast

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics or engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in demand planning and S&OP.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ERP and ML tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using ML and forecasting tools.
• Lead the S&OP process and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain on promotions and launches.
• Manage a team of 4 Demand and Response Planners.
• Monitor forecast performance and drive continuous improvement.
