Formación

• 4+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Master's degree in Logistics and International Trade or related field.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to help ensure that the company's products are delivered on time to our customers through reliable and cost-efficient logistical processes.

Key accountabilities

The Supply Chain Executive will develop the role across different areas, responsible for various tasks:

Warehouse

• Weekly stock reports to all Sales and Sales Admin teams
• Follow-up on WMS & SAP stock accuracy with logistics companies
• Inventory management across all entities and storage locations
• Monthly stock reconciliation
• Monthly stock taking and discrepancy analysis

Logistics

• Annual review of logistics contracts, adding new transporters if needed
• Manage relationships with carriers; meet with service providers annually to review services
• Monitor logistics KPIs and issues
• Weekly logistics reports
• Monthly analysis of logistics costs

Other tasks

• Proactively address transport issues (delays, damage claims, etc.)
• Support Sales, Sales Administration, and the factory in Poland
• Follow-up on monthly closing; organize weekly meetings on order status and truck availability
• Determine MOQ for new products in coordination with Warehouse and Sales teams

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in logistics and supply chain in a similar role
• Master's degree in Logistics and International Trade or related field
• Confirmed training in Logistics / Sales administration

Languages: Fluency in Chinese, English, and Spanish is required.

Interest in developing a successful career in logistics and supply chain.

Proficiency in Excel and SAP

Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with all TCL stakeholders.
