Formación

• 5 años de experiencia en gestión de la cadena de suministro y liderazgo de equipos.
• Conocimiento profundo de procesos SCM y sistemas ERP relevantes.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar un equipo de planificadores asegurando la ejecución de actividades de planificación.
• Consolidar la preparación de la demanda y alinear las previsiones de ventas con los planes de la empresa.

Demand Planner Manager Spain & Portugal

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Responsibilities:

• Leads a team of Country planners for both Consumer and Professional divisions, ensuring that the team is adequately trained, that priorities are clear, and that planning activities are executed with excellence, following the company procedures.
• Leads Sales and Operations Planning Process for the business unit: consolidates demand preparation and leads the consensus meeting to align sales forecast with company plans.
• Aligns with Central Planning inventory parameter and safety stock strategy and ensures that inventory is accurate in SAP.
• Ensures smooth communication in the organization concerning flow of goods and possible supply issues.
• Follows up the Supply Chain KPIs and takes action in case of deviation from targets.

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable.
• 5 years’ experience working in a Supply Chain Management role.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and leading teams, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Deep knowledge in all core SCM processes and Logistics.
• Knowledge of all relevant ERP and Planning systems (SAP, IBP, BI).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
