You will be responsible for creating and maintaining an updated demand plan, coordinating product launches, and ensuring alignment across various departments. Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in demand planning within an S&OP environment.
• Experience in Natural Health Care, Pharmaceutical, Food, or FMCG sectors preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Your Mission

To create and maintain an updated demand plan that reflects market reality (maximize forecast accuracy) to ensure the fulfillment of the business plan.

Responsibilities

• Review historical sales trends, identify demand drivers, prepare forecasts, develop statistical models, and evaluate the results.
• Lead monthly forecast review and consensus meetings, ensuring alignment among Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Operations departments.
• Participate in S&OP meetings, leading the Demand Planning section.
• Execute and oversee demand planning processes based on sales forecasts and stock levels.
• Coordinate product launches on the Supply Chain side.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs.
• Maintain excellent coordination with Supply Planning to ensure accurate business information transfer to the operational plan.

Requirements

• Degree / Master’s in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in demand planning within an S&OP environment, preferably in the Natural Health Care, Pharmaceutical, Food, or FMCG sectors.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proactivity, organizational, and planning skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
