En un entorno dinámico y multinacional, Enfinity Global busca un Especialista en Procurement Senior que se unirá al equipo de aprovisionamiento corporativo. Serás responsable de cerrar contratos en proyectos de energía solar y de almacenamiento, preparando y negociando ofertas con proveedores calificados. La posición requiere un fuerte enfoque en la gestión de contratos y relaciones con proveedores para lograr una cadena de suministro eficiente.

Formación

• Experiencia de más de 5 años en la construcción o aprovisionamiento del mercado de energía renovable.
• Buen conocimiento de términos y gestión de contratos.
• Capacidad para viajar y experiencia en proyectos de energía solar, eólica y/o almacenamiento.

Responsabilidades

• Definir las necesidades del proyecto/contrato y desarrollar proveedores.
• Preparar y dirigir el proceso de licitación RFI/RFQ y negociar con empresas seleccionadas.
• Realizar análisis de costos y asegurar la calidad mientras se logran los costos más bajos.

Job Description :

Enfinity Global is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist that will be part of the corporate procurement department for the development of PV solar and BESS projects. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing (Europe), he / she will be responsible for closing contracts for the construction of the projects. This includes the preparation of requests for information, proposals, etc., and negotiation with contractors for special equipment, PV parks, MV and HV lines, and substations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define the project / contract needs.
• Develop suppliers based on sourcing strategies, assess potential suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors.
• Prepare and lead project RFI, RFQ tender process with qualified suppliers and contractors, negotiate and close deals with the selected companies.
• Regularly communicate with internal key stakeholders for procurement and contract status.
• Conduct cost analysis and negotiation to achieve quality assurance and lowest supply chain cost.
• Review cost reports from actual projects to establish standard summary data cost reports and variance analyses.
• Negotiate and work closely with the legal department to ensure contracts and terms are favorable.
• Track and report during negotiations.
• Support the team to successfully achieve the objectives of the company.
• Look for and apply improvements in the processes.
• Full compliance with company policies.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of work experience in the construction or procurement of the Renewable Energy market.
• Good knowledge of contract terms and management.
• Proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and possess self-management skills. Teamwork.
• Experience with solar, wind, and / or storage development projects.
• Ability to travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
