As a Demand & Supply Planner, you report directly to the Head of Global S&OP and are responsible for increasing customer service levels through on-time deliveries in appropriate quantity and quality, while reducing costs associated with overstock or stockouts. You actively participate in the S&OP process.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in demand, capacity, and material planning
• Balance demand with supply to ensure product availability for a product family
• Address capacity issues and make production location decisions
• Contribute to the effectiveness of the S&OP process, including providing feedback, facilitating monthly stakeholder meetings, developing risk mitigation plans, and communicating demand trends
• Coordinate with Product Lifecycle Management for phase in/out/EOL readiness
• Review demand based on orders, forecasts, and requirements in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Regions
• Partner with production planners to execute production plans and resolve supply issues
• Prioritize manufacturing and procurement, define escalation processes, and fulfill purchase orders
• Plan and coordinate material availability to support production schedules
• Identify risks and opportunities through business issue research
• Support bidding for customer projects
• Respond effectively to demand plan and operational variations
• Reduce inventory and stockouts, eliminate obsolete stock

S&OP:

• Prepare data, information, and scenarios for S&OP meetings
• Generate reports and master plans timely and accurately
• Manage meetings with Sales and Production teams within the S&OP process
• Monitor customer service levels, forecast accuracy, equipment effectiveness, and inventory
• Propose improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply and/or production planning within an international company
• Proficient in Excel
• Knowledge of S&OP processes
• Experience with INFOR Planning Module / SAP
• Good communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, both administrative and practical
• Ability to work with data under time pressure
• Analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
