Job Description

Our Private Sector and Financial Services teams focus on enabling customers to leverage technology to improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience, helping them achieve a competitive edge. We develop strategies, roadmaps, and technology transformations aligned with customer goals.

Responsibilities Include

• Establishing, building, and maturing customer relationships
• Ensuring cohesive development teams
• Managing projects to deliver on time, within budget, and with high quality
• Understanding clients' business, applications, and users
• Communicating technical issues effectively to business users
• Translating business needs into technical specifications
• Engaging and managing stakeholders
• Raising risks and issues proactively and driving resolution
• Reporting and leading project meetings
• Managing project scope, budget, risks, governance, and documentation

Qualifications

• Technical project management experience across various technologies
• Experience leading sizable teams and ensuring effective delivery
• Agile methodology experience
• PRINCE2 / PMP certification preferred
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence
• Exposure to SDLC and non-SDLC projects in emerging technologies
• Deep understanding of project management processes, including SDLC and Agile
