Roche is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead Product Delivery within Engineering for our Patient Centered Disease Management products. You will own the delivery lifecycle, enforce engineering best practices, tooling standards, and regulatory compliance, while guiding agile ceremonies and budgeting.

Formación

• 10+ years in Delivery Lead roles with cross-functional lifecycle management.
• 4+ years as RTE or Agile Lead; SAFe certification preferred.
• Deep expertise in software engineering within healthcare/digital health sectors.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and engineering metrics to improve delivery and operational excellence.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical or program insights to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery Leadership & Coordination: align, decide, ensure value, on time, within budget, with quality.
• Maintain the Delivery Plan as single source of truth, manage milestones and blockers.
• Map cross-team dependencies and mitigate risks with AI-powered forecasting.
• Oversee release process, backlog prioritization, and end-to-end value flow across platform.
• Facilitate PI Plannings, Demos, Inspect & Adapt, Refinements, Syncs and Retrospectives.
• Oversee budget for capacity planning and evolving team topologies.
• Align milestones with organizational standards and release guardrails.
• Promote continuous improvement and AI-enabled process optimization.
• Collaborate with RTEs across the organization to share learnings.
