About the Role:

We are looking for a team leader with fluent level of English for managing a Clients Fund Treasury team.

What Will You Do?

  1. Cash & Liquidity Management: Monitor and analyze daily cash flow to ensure the company has adequate liquidity for operations.
  2. Banking & Payments: Manage and execute daily bank transactions, including payments, fund transfers, and reconciliations. Control and optimize PSP commissions.
  3. Financial Risk Management: Assist in managing foreign exchange risk, interest rate risk, and other treasury-related risks.
  4. Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth treasury operations.
  5. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal controls.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the team of up to 10 people, providing coaching, mentorship, and training opportunities. Assign tasks, set performance objectives, and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment within the team. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new employees to ensure seamless integration into the team.

Who You Are:

  1. Experience in a similar position for at least 2-3 years with managing a medium size team (in payment providers, fintech, crypto exchanges, and similar fields).
  2. Treasury and Cash management (segregated / non-segregated clients funds, liquidity management, cash flow forecasting).
  3. Reconciliation and Financial control (bank and payment provider reconciliation, experience of working with automated reconciliation tools, ledger vs. bank balance matching).
  4. Payment operations (crypto currency transactions, fund settlement cycles).
  5. Data analysis and reporting (Excel, SQL, external reporting for regulators and internal treasury reports).
  6. Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  7. Strong leadership skills.
  8. Adaptability to fast-paced environment and problem-solving skills.
  9. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
