Offer Description

  • Electroporation and injections of tracers and viral vectors in the developing cerebellum.
  • Perfusion, extraction, and dissection procedures with mouse brains.
  • Histological techniques, including in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry, in both slices and complete brains (IDISCO+).
  • Confocal microscopy and 3D light-sheet microscopy (3D light-sheet).
  • Use of image processing software (Imaris, Fiji) and statistical analysis for data interpretation.
