La Universidad Miguel Hernández busca un Investigador de Biología con experiencia en electroporación y técnicas histológicas. El puesto ofrece un contrato indefinido a tiempo completo, comenzando el 1 de enero de 2025. Se requiere un mínimo de una licenciatura en biología o áreas relacionadas, así como habilidades en técnicas de laboratorio y análisis de datos, siendo una oportunidad valiosa para quienes buscan desarrollarse en el ámbito de la investigación científica.

Formación

• Experiencia en electroporación y técnicas con cerebros de ratón.
• Participación en proyectos de investigación relacionados.
• Publicaciones en neurociencia y anatomía.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar electroporación e inyecciones de trazadores.
• Procedimientos de perfusión, extracción y disección.
• Técnicas histológicas e inmunohistoquímica.

Offer Description

• Electroporation and injections of tracers and

viral vectors in the developing cerebellum.

• Perfusion, extraction, and dissection

procedures with mouse brains.

• Histological techniques, which include in

situ hybridization and

immunohistochemistry, in both slices as well

as complete brains (IDISCO+).

• Confocal microscopy and 3D light-sheet

microscopy (3Dlight-sheet).

• Use of image processing software (Imaris,

Fiji) and statistical analysis for data

interpretation.
