La Universidad Miguel Hernandez busca un investigador en biociencias, con experiencia en técnicas de electroporación y microscopía. El candidato ideal tendrá una formación en biología y neurociencia, con habilidades en investigación y un fuerte enfoque en proyectos relacionados con la anatomía. Ofrecemos un contrato indefinido a tiempo completo, ideal para aquellos interesados en contribuir a la investigación científica de vanguardia.

Formación

• Experiencia en electroporación y técnicas de inyección.
• Experiencia en microscopía y técnicas de disociación del cerebro de ratón.
• Participación en proyectos de investigación y publicaciones relacionadas.

Responsabilidades

• Electroporación y administración de trazadores en cerebros en desarrollo.
• Procedimientos de perfusión, extracción y disección con cerebros de ratón.
• Aplicación de técnicas histológicas y análisis de datos.

Offer Description

• Electroporation and injections of tracers and

viral vectors in the developing cerebellum.

• Perfusion, extraction, and dissection

procedures with mouse brains.

• Histological techniques, which include in

situ hybridization and

immunohistochemistry, in both slices as well

as complete brains (IDISCO+).

• Confocal microscopy and 3D light-sheet

microscopy (3Dlight-sheet).

• Use of image processing software (Imaris,

Fiji) and statistical analysis for data

interpretation.
