This position involves research activities including electroporation and injections of tracers and viral vectors in the developing cerebellum, perfusion, extraction, and dissection procedures with mouse brains, histological techniques such as in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry (both slices and whole brains like IDISCO+), confocal and 3D light-sheet microscopy, as well as data analysis using image processing software (Imaris, Fiji) and statistical tools.
Other merits to assess include communication at scientific congresses and dissemination activities. Teaching experience and related merits are also considered.
