Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is seeking a dedicated Waiter / Waitress to join our elite Food & Beverage team. You will deliver flawless service across lunch and dinner, uphold the hotel’s standards, and contribute to a warm, professional dining atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Michelin restaurant experience, fluent English and Spanish, and a commitment to precision, guest satisfaction, and teamwork within a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Michelin restaurants.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve food and beverages following MOHG standards and plating/service protocols.
• Support event and banqueting operations: prepare, set and dismantle rooms; assist service teams during events.
• Perform tableside service tasks (carving, flambéing, deboning, etc.) with confidence and attention to detail.
• Maintain service stations, control stock of cutlery, glassware and linen; ensure equipment is clean and in good order.
• Adhere to hygiene (HACCP), Safe & Sound and FLHSSE standards; report incidents promptly.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

About The Role

As a Waiter / Waitress at Deessa you will deliver flawless table service across lunch and dinner services, assist with special events and collaborate closely with Kitchen, Sommelier and Management to ensure outstanding food and beverage experiences. You will be an ambassador of the restaurant’s standards and culture, anticipating guest needs and contributing to a warm, professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate must possessstrong gastronomic knowledge, advancedculinary techniques, and a deep understanding ofproducts and raw materials. They should demonstrate refined culinary judgment, analytical skills, and great attention to detail. The role requires applying these competencies in a high-demand, fast-evolving environment.
