Deckhand

Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced Deckhand for a 55m+ yacht.

This is a great opportunity to join a very busy private/charter yacht with a busy Med season coming up. This is ideal for someone already based in Europe.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Minimum 1 season experience
• PB L2, STCW, ENG1
• Exterior maintenance, including cleaning, polishing, and detailing
• Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and watch duties
• Proactive mindset
• Great product knowledge
• Charter experience is a huge plus
• Team player with great communication skills

Start date: 30 April

Location: Palma de Mallorca

Salary: EUR 2800 increasing to 3000 after probation period

Leave: 60 days

Vessel & itinerary: Private/Charter vessel. Busy Med Charter season, headed to Asia in winter.
