The 2nd Spa Stewardess role is a permanent interior position within the spa department of a luxury yacht, operating under a busy charter program with worldwide cruising. You will work closely with the Head of Spa/Spa Manager to deliver day-to-day spa operations and exceptional guest wellness experiences across spa, gym and wellness areas.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Spa Stewardess/Therapist, ideally on yachts or in luxury hospitality/resort settings.
• Recognized spa/beauty therapy qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques and wellness services
• Excellent guest service skills with a warm, professional manner
• Well presented, discreet and a strong team player
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages an asset

• Delivering treatments and wellness services to guests, supporting the Spa Manager/Head of Spa
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards throughout the spa, gym and wellness areas
• Managing stock levels, ordering and inventory of spa products, linens and equipment
• Scheduling and coordinating guest spa appointments
• Delivering warm, professional and attentive guest interactions at all times
• Anticipating guest needs and preferences, maintaining detailed guest preference records
• Ensuring seamless service delivery across spa, gym and wellness offerings
• Assisting with wellness programming (yoga, fitness classes, wellness activities) as required
• Working closely with the Head of Spa/Spa Manager and wider interior team
• Supporting training and consistency of spa standards and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations
• Assisting with administrative tasks related to spa operations

2nd Spa Stewardess –

We are seeking an experienced 2nd Spa Stewardess for a permanent position, joining a 100m+ motor yacht operating under a busy charter program with worldwide cruising.

This is an interior role within the spa department, working alongside the Head of Spa/Spa Manager to deliver the day-to-day operation of the spa and wellness facilities, ensuring exceptional service delivery, consistency, and a seamless luxury experience across all guest areas.

Key Responsibilities

Spa & Wellness Operations
