A leading company is seeking a Deck / Engineer for a 35m private yacht based in the South of France. This role requires valid STCW and AEC certifications, as well as extensive sailing experience. Successful applicants will support the chief engineer and may transition to a rotational position. Fluency in English is essential, with French as a plus.

Formación

• Valid STCW and medical certificate required.
• Knowledge in electronic, AV IT, and hydraulics is a plus.
• AEC 1 & 2 certification needed.
• Fluency in English essential, French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the chief engineer during the shipyard period.
• Potential for rotational position after shipyard.
• Expect extensive sailing responsibilities.

It is a 35m private S / Y from 1995, based in the South of France. The yacht has a EU flag.

The project

Looking for a Deck / Engineer to start as soon as possible for the shipyard period to assist the chief engineer. If both sides are happy, the position could become rotational after the shipyard.

Lots of sailings are to be expected.

Desired profile

• Suitable candidates must have a valid STCW, and a valid medical certificate.
• Knowledge in electronic, AV IT, and hydraulics is a big plus.
• AEC 1 & 2 needed.
• Fluency in English is essential. French is a plus.
• Need to have previous extensive experience in sailing.
