A leading yacht operation seeks a skilled Deck / Engineer for a 35m private yacht based in France. The role involves assisting the chief engineer with the potential for a rotational position after the shipyard period. Suitable candidates will have STCW, AEC certifications, and extensive sailing experience.

Formación

• Candidates must have valid STCW and medical certificate.
• Experience in sailing is essential.

It is a 35m private S / Y from 1995, based in the South of France. The yacht has a EU flag.

The project

Looking for a Deck / Engineer to start as soon as possible for the shipyard period to assist the chief engineer. If both sides are happy, the position could become rotational after the shipyard.

Lots of sailings are to be expected.

Desired profile

• Suitable candidates must have a valid STCW, and a valid medical certificate.
• Knowledge in electronic, AV IT, and hydraulics is a big plus.
• AEC 1 & 2 needed.
• Fluency in English is essential. French is a plus.
• Need to have previous extensive experience in sailing.
