QPQ International is seeking a senior Deal Lead / Transaction Structurer to manage investor negotiations and close deals in renewable energy projects. This full-time role is performance-based, offering significant financial rewards for successful deal execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project finance and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with investors and developers.

Formación

  • 7–10+ years in project finance, M&A, or infrastructure deal execution.
  • Proven track record closing $50M+ renewable or infrastructure transactions.
  • Strong modeling oversight (DSCR, IRR, waterfall logic).

  • Negotiate term-sheets, JVAs, SPAs, and PPAs.

You’re a closer. A negotiator. A structured-finance strategist who can drive a renewable energy deal from mandate to financial close.

At QPQ International, we’re seeking a senior Deal Lead / Transaction Structurer to lead investor negotiations, structure capital stacks, and execute bankable deals across our pipeline of 60+ global renewable energy projects.

  • Design equity / debt / mezzanine capital stacks and optimize DSCR / IRR structures
  • Negotiate term-sheets, JVAs, SPAs, and PPAs—with full deal ownership
  • Own investor & developer relationships—build trust, manage expectations, convert opportunities
  • Coordinate internal DD, legal, technical, and modeling teams through to financial close
  • Identify roadblocks early, push deals forward, and make sure no value is left on the table
  • 7–10+ yrs in project finance, M&A, or infrastructure deal execution
  • Proven track record closing $50M+ renewable or infrastructure transactions
  • Strong modeling oversight (DSCR, IRR, waterfall logic)
  • Exceptional commercial & legal negotiation ability
  • Ability to build long-term investor and developer relationships
  • Comfortable operating independently and managing deals hands-on
