Autodesk is seeking a Deal Development Enterprise - Pre/Post Sales Specialist to support our Enterprise sales organization. You will coordinate operational requests, support commercial processes, and partner across Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations to deliver high-quality experiences for internal teams and customers.

You will manage a portfolio of requests from intake to completion, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely approvals.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, deal support, commercial operations or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment.

In this role, you will help enable efficient execution of Enterprise Business Agreement activities by coordinating operational requests, supporting commercial processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams across Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations. You will manage a portfolio of requests, ensure the right stakeholders are engaged, maintain accurate business records, and help deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, deal support, commercial operations, business operations or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience working with CRM or business workflow systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales environments.
• Familiarity with contract, approval or commercial processes.
• Experience working with Legal, Finance or Sales Operations teams.
• Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
