Freelance DBT Data Engineers (Remote | Europe-Based)

We're looking for skilled Freelance Data Engineers to join our growing team on a remote basis. If you're passionate about building robust, scalable data pipelines and love working with modern data stacks, this is a great opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team and cutting-edge technologies.

Location: Remote – based in Barcelona, Europe

What You’ll Do :

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using Databricks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver scalable solutions
• Implement and maintain high-quality data architecture and transformation processes
• Ensure data reliability, integrity, and performance across various platforms
• Work in an Agile, fast-paced environment to deliver impactful data solutions

Tech Stack & Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks
• Solid knowledge of data architecture
• ETL / ELT pipeline development
• Experience with modern data warehouses and big data processing tools
• Familiarity with Yellowbrick is a plus
• Excellent SQL skills and understanding of best practices in data quality and governance
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
