NTT DATA in Spain seeks an experienced IBM Db2 for z/OS administrator to design, administer, and support Db2 on z/OS in a global IT services environment, focusing on reliability, DR, backups, and high availability to keep banking systems resilient. You'll work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust DB2 solutions.

You will drive automation, contribute to modernization, and share knowledge to elevate service delivery while ensuring ITIL governance and security compliance

Formación

• 8–12 years of hands-on IBM Db2 for z/OS administration.
• Production support and release management for Db2 environments.
• Strong RACF/ACF2 security administration knowledge.
• Experience with backups, DR, and high availability.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into technical DB2 specifications
• Provide production support and release management for Db2 environments
• Design, implement, and maintain physical database structures and configurations
• Build, test, and support application database releases
• Manage RACF/ACF2 security rules and access controls
• Build and maintain HA and replication for business continuity
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams
• Support database migrations, upgrades, and data conversion

In this role you will design, administer, and support IBM DB2 on z/OS within a global IT services environment. You will contribute to modernization initiatives and knowledge sharing to elevate service delivery.
