Data Analyst Lead - IT Project

Act as the lead data analyst for the IT project deliverables, responsible for capturing overall workstream requirements and documenting final deliverables.

Identify strategic data sources from current data feeds, determine gaps or impacts.

Lead a team to implement technology solutions that automate tasks and simplify reporting processes.

Collaborate with solution architects and Data Analytics & BI Solutions teams to define the target state.

Manage, track, and report plans to key stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and creating reports.
• Practical experience leading a data workstream, including data mapping, quality checks, modeling, and leading BAs and developers.
• Eliciting and documenting functional requirements and creating technical specifications.
• Documenting the target state, including data flows, models, and technical diagrams, alongside architecture teams.
• Ability to create and manage workstream plans, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of AWS services and selecting appropriate ETL/BI solutions.
• Understanding of training chatbots and AI.
• Goal-oriented with attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure and capable of multitasking.
