JOB RESPONSBILITIES / ROLE

• Act as the lead data analyst for the IT project delvieralbles, being responsible for the capturing of the overall workstream requirements and documenting final deliverables
• Identify strategic data sources from the current data feeds and determine any gaps or impacts
• Lead a team who will implement technology solutions to automate tasks and simplify reporting processes
• Work with the solution architects, Data Analytics & BI Solutions teams to agree the target state
• Manage, track and report on plans to the key stakeholders

MANDATORY SKILLS :

• excellent communication skill, both written and oral, being comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and create reports
• practical experience of leading a data workstream, including data mapping / quality checks / modelling and leading other BAs and directing developers
• eliciting and documenting functional requirements and creating technical specifications
• documentation of the to be state including data flows / models and technical diagrams (working along side architecture functions)
• ability to create / manage workstream plans and resolve issues / mitigate risks
• strong SQL skills to carry out data analysis

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• knowledge of AWS services and being able to select the appropriate ETL / BI solution to meet the requirement
• understanding of how to train chatbots / AI
