CAP INGELEC seeks a Project Director to lead our datacenter and industrial building projects in Spain. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage the design and build phases with full accountability for technical, financial, and contractual performance.

Based mainly on site, you will oversee diverse, multi-disciplinary teams, travel frequently across Spain, and ensure compliance with contracts while nurturing client relationships for ongoing collaboration.

Formación

• Degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience managing complex industrial building projects.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team coordination.
• Experience on international projects and English/Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Define objectives and management frameworks for quality, cost, timeline, and safety.
• Structure project team, assign roles, and foster collaboration.
• Monitor progress (schedule, budget, risks) with PMO input.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Build client relationships and represent the company to partners.
• Evolve project management practices and support internal change.
