Executive Assistant

We are looking for an experienced data center facilities professional looking to step up into a country wide management position from the Madrid HQ of one of Spain’s most innovative start-up data center providers.

The successful candidate will have comparable experience to a Site Manager or Chief Engineer in data centers or the wider critical infrastructure industry.

From a technical point of view, we are searching for an SME in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP).

This is your opportunity to join a start-up AI-Ready Data Center provider, that is building its own sites from the ground up.

With the first site going operational in 2026, you will be starting the role with a blank canvas, designing processes and building your team from scratch.

Reporting directly into the CTO, you will eventually be responsible for a team of more than 10 Site Managers and Chief Engineers. However, with sites still in construction phase, your initial tasks will vary on a daily basis, and you will be expected to turn your skills to any task at hand. A pro-active, adaptable attitude is a must!

Responsibilities

• Operational management of Site Management, Chief Engineers and Technicians
• Contract and supplier management
• Operational cost management
• Create and implement multi-site maintenance plans
• Project Management (during construction phase)

Required Skills & Experience

• Management experience (Facilities Manager, Chief Engineer or comparable)
• Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing technical expertise
• Experience in data center critical facilities preferred
