Drees & Sommer España seeks a Datacenter Project Construction Manager to lead planning, construction, coordination and delivery of complex data center projects. Manage multidisciplinary teams, on-site contractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution in a mission-critical environment.

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, cooling, and network systems, plus experience in commissioning and client handover. Fluent Spanish and English; German is a plus. Travel nationwide may be required.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• PM certifications (PMP/IPMA/Lean) are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in project/construction management for data centers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the project lifecycle from acquisition to client handover.
• Coordinate design, construction, commissioning and delivery.
• Oversee on-site contractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, cooling and networking systems.
• Report milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
