Technical Depth : Strong hands-on experience in distributed data processing (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka), ETL / warehousing (SQL, OLAP), and data science / ML tools (Pandas, scikit-learn, etc.). Developer at Heart : Proficient in at least one core programming language (Python, Scala, Java, or R). Cloud Native : Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and how they integrate with modern data stacks. Bonus Points : Degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, or similar quantitative discipline.
