A technology solutions provider in Madrid is looking for an experienced Databricks Platform Engineer to enhance their AI platform services. You will ensure optimal performance and security, and drive innovation by integrating new AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Databricks and multi-cloud environments. The role offers a hybrid working model and several competitive benefits.

• 6-8+ years of experience in software/platform engineering with production ML/AI platforms.
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid data environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsabilidades

• Transform Databricks AI platform into a scalable and governed environment.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.

NN Digital Hub is a subsidiary company of Nationale Nederlanden Group located in Madrid, Spain. We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group.

Our objective is to create, deliver and maintain insurance product management solutions, as service propositions to enable any agent (linked or direct), machine or company to create and sell insurance products in Europe in an automated way and real time.

We are looking for an experienced Databricks Platform Engineer to join our team.

The Databricks Platform Engineer will play a key role in implementing and maintaining our AI platform services, ensuring it meets the needs of our business and supports our strategic goals.

What you´ll do:

• Transform our Databricks AI platform into a self-service, scalable, and governed environment.
• Enable our teams to build the GenAI Platform.
• Ensure the platform is secure, compliant, and optimized for performance.
• Drive innovation by integrating new AI technologies and best practices into our data platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Databricks Mosaic AI Platform Services
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security AI engineers, and platform teams to implement and provide secure and scalable services.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, CI / CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code for managing AI services configurations and integrations.

Who you are?

• 6-8+ years of experience in software / platform engineering with production ML / AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks AI services and familiarity with AI delivery patterns.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, model serving, and vector search.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Terraform, and CI / CD tools.
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid data environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
