JOIN THE TEAM

We are driving forward the digitalization of agriculture! We acknowledge the significance of utilizing data to support our business, foster a data culture, and transform into a data-driven company. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of the data strategy on a global level. This involves guiding and consulting with various teams, bridging between the central data and IT team and regional or functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and utilization of the data strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary point of contact for data strategy implementation, ensuring alignment between central data, regional, and functional teams.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation on the data strategy, helping teams understand and adopt to their specific data needs.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between central data & IT team and other departments to ensure successful data strategy execution.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the data strategy implementation, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
  • Develop and deliver training and support materials to help teams effectively utilize data concepts and tools.
  • Build data communities and be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with regional and functional stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in IT-related fields (e.g., business informatics), Business Administration, or Communication.
  • 3-5 years of data strategy or data management experience.
  • Extensive experience in implementing and executing data strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge, experience, and affinity with data management ecosystems and data governance.
  • Strong understanding of data infrastructure tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and business objectives.
  • Proven experience working with agile teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Proficient in conflict and change management.
  • High affinity for organizational communication as well as excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent consulting and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
