Data Scientist PhD/Doctorate

We are searching for a Data Scientist with a PhD / Doctorate to join a research project. The project involves collaboration between companies and universities to research and propose improvements in industrial manufacturing processes.

The focus will be on predictive maintenance to enhance safety and optimize manufacturing processes.

Your responsibilities will include investigating the state of the art, data collection, developing machine learning models, and validating these models.

What you bring along:

• PhD / Doctorate in Data Science, Data Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Programming experience in Python.
• Experience with Python libraries for Machine Learning (Scikit-learn, CuML), Deep Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and eXplainable AI (SHAP, Lime).
• Knowledge of Git for version control.
• Knowledge of DVC for data management.
• Experience with MLOps tools like MLFlow and Airflow.
• Strong soft skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
