The Role - Your Passion:

• Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms for demand forecasting, pricing, marketing, predictive maintenance, and other business functions.
• Use Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, nixtla for model development.
• Ensure model accuracy and performance through validation and testing.
• Deploy models in production following MLOps principles.

Data Preparation and Analysis:

• Use visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit, Matplotlib) to present insights.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and inform decisions.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Communicate findings clearly and provide actionable insights.
• Guide the implementation of data-driven strategies.

Supporting Team Members:

• Conduct peer reviews to ensure best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Fostering a Data-Driven Culture:

• Develop and deliver training on data science tools and methodologies.
• Promote modern data science practices organization-wide.

What You Need to Surf the Wave with Us:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, physics, informatics, computer science, or other STEM fields.
• Professional Experience: At least two years in data science with experience in developing and deploying predictive models.
• Technical Skills: Advanced SQL, data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), programming in Python or R, proficiency with ML libraries like scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras, TensorFlow.

Analytical and Decision-Making Abilities:

• Strong data-driven decision skills and stakeholder guidance.

Communication Skills:

• Business-fluent English, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
