The role - your passion

Developing and Implementing Predictive Models and Algorithms:

• Design and develop advanced machine learning models for forecasting demand, pricing optimization, marketing mix modeling, predictive maintenance, and other key business functions.
• Implement models using Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, nixtla, etc.
• Ensure model accuracy and performance through validation and testing.
• Experiment and deploy models in production following MLOps principles.

Data Preparation and Analysis:

• Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit, Matplotlib) to present findings.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and insights.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Communicate complex data results clearly and provide actionable insights.

Supporting Team Members:

• Conduct peer reviews to ensure best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Fostering a Data-Driven Culture:

• Develop and deliver training on data science topics to enhance data literacy.
• Promote modern data science tools and methodologies organization-wide.

What you need to surf the wave with us

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, physics, informatics, computer science, or related STEM fields.

Professional Experience: At least two years in data science, with a focus on business analytics and deploying predictive models.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in Python or R and machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras, TensorFlow.

Analytical and Decision-Making Abilities:

• Ability to make data-driven decisions and guide stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and translating complex challenges into solutions.

Communication Skills:

• Business fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
