About the Position

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing initiatives for Softonic properties. This includes utilising a range of acquisition channels such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms. You will assist in planning the media budget and managing agency relationships for paid media. The role involves optimizing campaigns to drive results, ensuring the execution aligns with Softonic's strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver, with proven success in B2B performance marketing campaigns and a strong track record of delivering results in customer acquisition.

In this role, you will create, manage, and analyze paid media campaigns to optimize performance, focusing on driving B2B traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
  • Analyze and report on live and test marketing campaigns, with a focus on B2B customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with the product team to build landing pages for affiliate offers tailored for B2B audiences.
  • Analyze landing page performance to improve conversion rates for B2B traffic.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support Softonic’s strategic goals and exceed monthly and annual performance goals for the channel.
  • Develop and execute a plan for driving engagement with newly acquired B2B customers.
  • Conduct multivariate testing to ensure a positive user experience across all marketing initiatives.
  • Diversify acquisition channels while maintaining an overall ROI goal.
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues, continuously improving results.
  • Stay up-to-date with PPC and SEM trends, making data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on B2B marketing and data analysis.
  • Expertise in media platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, etc.
  • Experience with website analytics tools and generating campaign reports (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Proven success in SEM and managing Google Ads campaigns, specifically for B2B.
  • Experience driving traffic for affiliate offers, especially within a B2B context, is a plus.
  • Experience working with landing pages and optimizing for B2B conversions.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms or first-party data to gain insights and provide actionable solutions.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and motivation to understand consumer behavior through both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • A proactive professional with excellent analytical skills.
