Expert Data Scientist We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, effective communication, ability to think creatively, innovate and with proven experience in CPG (or related industry) to join our team in Barcelona, Spain or Milano, Italy.

Position Snapshot

1. Type of Contract: Full time.
2. Function and Stream: IT - Data, Analytics and Integration (ADI) Commercial Analytics Marketing Science (CAMS).
3. Type of work: Hybrid.
4. Work Language: Fluent Business English.

The role: This role involves leveraging cutting-edge analytics and data science methodologies to develop and enhance Nestlé's CAMS solutions portfolio. You'll take a strategic role in the innovation roadmap and work closely with marketing and sales in multi-functional teams to bring data insights and enable the business growth strategy.

What you'll do: As an Expert - Advanced Analytics Innovation, you will:

1. Leverage cutting-edge analytics and data science methodologies to develop and enhance Nestlé's CAMS solutions portfolio.
2. Collaborate directly with sales and marketing teams to translate business needs into the right analytics and modeling methodologies with Data Science experts, ensuring that analytical solutions align with desired business goals and constraints.
3. Manage an innovation roadmap in collaboration with Cross-functional stakeholders, Data science team and the Head of Commercial Analytics Marketing Science.
4. Bring specific CPG industry perspective to ensure credible methodologies are delivered to sales and marketing functions and communicate analytical results in simple, digestible terms, providing actionable insights that drive business growth.

What will make you a great fit?

1. Advanced degree in Statistics, Econometrics or a related field.
2. Proven, significant experience in multiple similar roles, with expanding leadership experience and within a commercial and marketing data science team in a CPG or neighborhood industry.
3. Strong expertise in statistical, predictive modeling and data analysis.
4. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
5. Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills. Ability to think creatively and strong cross-functional communication skills in English.
