We are dedicated to security and service excellence. Professional Opportunity: Senior Data Scientist – Generative AI. We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist specialized in Generative AI who will report to the Head Of AI & Advanced Analytics Portfolio Team (Marketing Cliente). The mission is to develop and optimize AI models, particularly LLMs and GenAI solutions, to address business needs using data from various sources. You will collaborate closely with IT for implementation, validation, monitoring, and maintenance, and with business units across different countries to ensure the practical application of AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI models, particularly LLMs and GenAI solutions, to address business needs using data from various sources.
• Collaborate with IT for implementation, validation, monitoring, and maintenance of AI solutions.
• Work with business units across countries to ensure practical application of AI-driven solutions.
• Drive AI transformation initiatives and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Over 3 years of experience in Data Science with proven experience in Generative AI; hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), advanced prompting techniques, and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hard Skills: Deep understanding of LLM architectures (Transformers such as GPT, BERT, T5, etc.); experience in fine-tuning, customizing, and deploying LLMs on cloud platforms; expertise in RAG techniques; strong knowledge of prompt engineering, tuning, and optimization; proficiency in AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.); solid Python programming (Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch); strong SQL; hands-on experience with cloud AI solutions (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI); experience in real-time AI implementations and monitoring; knowledge of MLOps best practices; proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Streamlit); experience with Agile / Scrum is desirable; advanced English (C1).
• Soft Skills: Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration; ability to lead AI transformation projects across countries; storytelling and communication skills for non-technical stakeholders; highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities; innovative mindset; ability to manage multiple projects; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
