Jobgether is seeking a strategic data science leader to architect and evolve machine learning and GenAI capabilities for automated regulatory validation workflows. You will own the end-to-end architecture of LLM-based systems and productionize AI components within a regulated enterprise.

You will design sophisticated RAG pipelines, retrieval strategies, and evaluation frameworks to ensure explainability, traceability, and reliable performance.

Formación

• Experience designing and deploying LLM-based solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on data science, applied machine learning, and production AI systems.
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation architectures and LLM-driven retrieval workflows.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and embedding-generation pipelines.
• Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with ML frameworks.
• Ability to design model evaluation, benchmarking, and validation frameworks.
• Experience operating in regulated, compliance-heavy environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, evolve, and oversee AI/ML architecture supporting automated compliance validation workflows.
• Design and optimize LLM-powered retrieval/validation pipelines (RAG).
• Establish evaluation benchmarks and continuous improvement processes for AI performance.
• Develop explainability, traceability, and validation mechanisms for regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with ML Engineers and Backend Engineers to productionize AI components.
• Drive decisions around embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval infrastructure.
• Ensure AI workflows are reproducible, testable, and maintainable.
• Scale AI capabilities toward an enterprise-grade platform.
• Lead architectural decisions across product, engineering, data science, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, performance, and scalability.
